We popped in Little Einsteins this morning and when the kids introduced themselves (standing up and demoing while Rocket was flying), DS asked, "Why Leo doesn't have a seatbelt?"

Funny! My kids notice that Sid the Science Kid rides in a HB booster.

Ha! Mine pointed out the lack of car seat in an old (maybe 80s) sesame street flap book. The doors in the taxi were open, so I said the little kid monster had already "pushed the button because mommy said it was OK." Guess what we're working on here?!

Nice :)

I guess I forgive books and movies made in the 70's or 80's but was a little surprised in Toy Story 3 when Lotsa's girl Daisy(?) rode with an adult belt (no booster). DS didn't notice that one but I did!

My 8-year old informed a woman loading her car next to ours in a parking lot that her kid's carseat was over-reclined.:whistle:

Cute! My oldest heckled the classic car riders in the July 4th parade a few years ago for not wearing seatbelts (that didn't exist in those vintage cars - it blew her mind to learn that cars haven't always been equipped with seatbelts).
