Question What seat is this?

One of DH friend is asking me what seat to buy for his DD next. She made 2 in April and she's tall and thin. She's only an inch or 2 shorter than DS and he's 39". I asked what seat she sits in now and he sent me this pic and a pic of a graco myride. They said she still fits in the my ride but want to replace the evenflo. I'm trying to figure out what seat it is.

If they take out the infant insert, she'll have growing room in the evenflo. Is the insert still in the myride?
