"Lying down. Standing. Sitting."

Seeing that kid standing next to the driver gives me the willies!

"Drive without distraction."

Not with a preschool standing next to me!

(Any chance we can talk you into installing that? :p)

I notice that it is designed to protect against injury in sudden stops. Not accidents.

I suppose in an era that rarely had seat belts and didn't have car seats, it was probably not a bad idea.

Well considering what happens to my purse when I have a sudden stop, I can only imagine what would happen if I had a 1 year old propped up in the passenger seat :p

I guess a carseat is just an elaborate method of tying your kid to the seat. Maybe they were onto something. ;)

What a cool find. I can't wait to see if you can rig a replacement piece.

My mom has a picture of my aunt nested in the floor board of the car. I guess that helped with the wobbly ones.

I remember standing behind the front seat while riding to look at christmas lights in an 80 something caprice classic. That thing was a tank.

Now brought to you by my Vortex and *ghasp* an app.... I joined the craze... Now please excuse the typos while I master this swype thing.
