Help me decide

Ok help me decide which seats i need to save for!

I HAVE to get a HBB in the next month for DD#1 she is a HUGH car sleeper and will be 10 on the 5th...she is 77lbs and 4'4 inches tall and has a 18 inch torso...she is very solid and has broad shoulders, she is a softball player (hardcore) and is built like a linebacker, lol, she also a type 1 diabetic so that contributes to her car sleeping esp when her sugar is on a roll a coaster

and i need to start saving for DD#2 she is in a Radian 80 that i HATE so i need to start looking and have ideas of how much i have to spend...she is 3.6 and is 35lbs, 3'4 inches tall and has a torso of 14 inches..she switches between rfacing and ffing but i am comfy by the time we have the money saved she will be ffing all the time

So spam me with what seats you think will work the best for both girls!! And if there are any good deals out there for the HBB that will work the best for us

For DD #1, I would get the Monterey. I think she is going to need a seat that has room for broad shoulders and this seems to be the best one. My DS is built like a future linebacker too. He's 4'4" tall and 70lbs (at 6y9m old - he's big!). I really like how the Monterey fits him and he really looked squished in other seats.

The best prices I'm finding are in the $112-118 range.

What do you not like about the Radian? I wasn't sure how well I would like the Radian, but it's really grown on me. It's my kids favorite car seat, even over the Britax convertibles.

As far as replacement seats, I would look at the Evenflo Maestro or Graco Nautilus. The Maestro would need to be replaced with a high back booster in 2-3 years. The Nautilus will be a longer last seat since it is an adjustable hbb and converts to a nbb.

Hi, Thanks for the info,

I just dont like the Radian, DD#2 is broad shoulders and has super long legs to go with that torso and she just doesnt fit in it right and the shoulder straps are rubbing her neck and it has NO cup holders, lol but hey when you are driving over a hour and a half every weekend to football/softball games confort and cup holders are a must.
