Question Needing a link - backless boosters need head support

Our school van is transporting kids in an older full size van in a backless booster. Any link that explains this?

I think it's more common sense... the whole reason for headrests is to prevent whiplash... with softer spinal bones in children and women, they are at risk for more severe whiplash or breaking of the vertabrae... and of course, that puts the spinal cord at risk once bones fracture...

that's one reason that we're seeing angled headrests more and more... to just minimize any potential neck movement in a crash.

What about providing them a link to the instruction manual or a printout of the manual describing that a child cannot use a seat without vehicle support up to the child's ears.
