Put a 5.5 year old in a NBB to drive less than a mile on neighborhood streets one way to school? I am carpooling with another mom, and once I have my baby, I will need to get 3 across in my third row, and a Literider fits perfectly with the set-up I have now. So, would you do it?

As long as the child knows how to sit properly, belt fit is good and there is adequate head support, then yes.

Yes, she would be in the middle between two RF seats.

I would be fine with it although I'd try to come up with a better set up since getting a child out between two rear-racing seats sounds really annoying.

She would be in the middle of the third row of a minivan with captain's chairs, so she can just come straight out to exit the car.

Thanks for all the replies. It looks like I will be able to avoid new seats or playing the car seat shuffle when it is 100 degrees, and I am very pregnant!
