What Seat to Take

We are traveling about 4 hours by car Saturday morning to go to my brother's wedding. DH, DS and I will be riding with my parents. We are taking my Dad's Expedition so space will not be an issue. We have the following seats:

Radian 65SL
True Fit
Scenera
Como G2

I am not sure which seating position we are going to put him in. I think we are going to fold down the center seat on the middle bench so that we have easy access to the third row. Any suggestions are appreciated. The last time we took a trip in this vehicle he rode in the TF and fussed most of the way there and back but I don't think that had anything to do with the seat itself but rather with being restrained and unable to get up.

I wanna play!

I would go with the RN but I heart my Radians. :)

Will you always be buckling him? I only ask because the RN harness adjustor can be tricky for non car seat savy peeps.

I'd go with Como. It has a smooth adjuster, sits up high so he can see everything, it's super plush and I  recaro

I will always be present so I can mess with the adjuster if necessary. I know the Recaro installs well FF but haven't tried it RF, last road trip my friend's son rode in it. I can't imagine that it would be a difficult install though.

Any input on where in the car to put him?

I have a Recaro Como (classic) and it's a breeze to install RFing in my (also old) Grand Caravan. Especially since it doesnt need to be at the infant recline. And yes, it's plush!
