I called Combi for the same issue with my Coccoro straps and the rep told me they don't stock replacement harnesses and to clean it with water and mild soap. I used a dishrag with a tiny bit of dish soap and lots of water and the vomit stains came right out.

Hope that helps!!

Eta: I didn't soak the straps with water. I wet the rag thoroughly and put a dot of soap and then rubbed the harness.

Oh no! DD had been eating blueberries, blackberries, and strawberries before. Sorry but it's soooo disgusting. Not so sure these stains will come out
I am using dawn-that's ok right?

Oxyclean max force spray is awesome on cleaning basically every part of a car seat. If the dish soap doesn't work soaking the straps in warm water with the oxyclean over night has worked for me in the past.

I would be leery of the lysol on the straps. I have always been told a baking soda paste is safe, I have used that a few time and the scent comes right out as well as stains

I have a dd who frequently vomits, lysol wipes get the smell out, and baby wipes get anything out.

Every car seat manufacturer that I know of prohibits the use of harsh chemicals for cleaning straps. I encourage both of you to contact the manufacturers of your respective seats and ask them if you should replace the harnesses. Chemicals can weaken straps and should not be used. You should also not submerge your straps in water, wash them in the washing machine or iron them because of potential weakening.
