It's actually under one of those, the one that is doubled up. When the recall went through for the harness yoke caps they put those stickers over to show the recall had been done and covered up the DOM. I noticed when I bought one and wrote the DOM from the registration card on my manual. If you look carefully you may find it stamped into the back or you can try peeling the stickers

I found it. Thanks. I did have to peel stickers. It was recalled. Also the rear facing lockoffs are broken and don't engage and the latch strap is so tight I can't loosen or tighten it.
A friend brought it to me to figure out what was wrong with it. No wonder they couldn't get an acceptable install with latch, I can't get that sucker to move more than a 1/2 inch or so.
