I read this story in the print version of the Washington Post. There was a picture of the kids in the 15 passenger van with poor car-seat usage. There is a good chance the seats in the picture are expired. Picture 4 in the picture gallery.

I would love to have a tech contact the family and offer to assist the family. I'm not a tech and I don't know the family otherwise I would. I do however have some extra seats that I am willing to donate to the cause if there is a tech out there who will help them. As the oldest of 6, I know the challenges of transporting a large group.
