Sold at: Retailers nationwide and online sellers from April 2010 to May 2011 for B. FunKeys, and from January 2006 to December 2009 for Parents Magazine keys for about $9.

Target Recalls Circo and DYR Step Stools with Storage Due to Fall Hazard. Sold exclusively at: Target stores nationwide and online at Target.com from January 2007 through October 2010 for between $25 and $30.

NexTorch Recalls Flashlight Batteries Due to Fire Hazard. Sold at: Firearm dealers and law enforcement supply stores, and on the Web, including amazon.com and the firm’s website www.nextorch.com, from July 2007 to July 2011 for about $2 per battery.

Cloud Engines Recalls Pogoplug Video File Sharing Device Due to Fire Hazard. Sold at: Adorama, B&H, Best Buy, Buy.com, J&R, Pogoplug.com, New Egg, and Sony Style from March 2011 through June 2011 for about $200.

Cargill Meat Solutions Corporation, a Springdale, Ark. establishment, is recalling approximately 36 million pounds of ground turkey products (Honeysuckle White, Unbranded, Riverside, HEB, Kroger, Safeway, Fit & Active, Giant Eagle, Shady Brook Farms, Spartan Brand) that may be contaminated with a multi-drug resistant strain of Salmonella Heidelberg. These products were distributed at the retail level nationwide.

AdvancePierre Foods, Inc., an Orange City, Iowa, establishment, is recalling approximately 10,668 pounds of beef patty products (H-E-B FULLY COOKED LEAN BURGERS) that may contain foreign materials. The products were produced on June 7, 2011 and distributed to H-E-B stores in San Antonio, Texas.

H-E-B is encouraging customers to check their refrigerators for 8 oz, 16 oz, 24 oz and 32 oz sizes of H-E-B Brand cottage cheese, dips, yogurt and sour cream sold between June 18 and July 27. The products, sold at H-E-B, Central Market, Mi Tienda and Joe V’s, are being recalled as a precaution due to the possible presence of foreign material.

Vital Signs Devices, a GE Healthcare Company, initiated a voluntary worldwide field correction of the Vital Signs Hygroscopic Condenser Humidifier (HCH)/Anesthesia Breathing Circuit. The Vital Signs Devices Passive Humidification Device (Hygroscopic Condenser Humidifier or “HCH”) may have an occlusion that can prevent proper flow of the medical gases or oxygen, possibly resulting in insufficient oxygen delivered to the patient (hypoxia or hypoxemia).

American Regent, Inc. isconducting a nationwide voluntary recall of 5 lots of Vasopressin Injection, USP 20 units/mL (200 units/10mL), 10 mL Multiple Dose Vials; 11 lots of Vasopressin Injection, USP 20 units/mL, 1 mL Multiple Dose Vials; and 1 lot of Vasopressin Injection, USP 10 units/0.5 mL, 0.5 mL Multiple Dose Vials to the Retail/Hospital level.

Nestlé Purina PetCare Company (NPPC) is voluntarily recalling a limited number of 3.5- and 7-pound bags of its Purina ONE Vibrant Maturity 7+ Dry Cat Food from a single production run and shipped to customers in 12 states in December 2010. This is being done because some bags of the product have been found to be contaminated with Salmonella. The product was distributed to customers located in California, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Dakota, Nebraska, Ohio and Wisconsin, who may have further distributed the product to other states.

Ridley Block Operations, Inc. announced today due to a potential health risk, a voluntary recall of one lot of Purina-Lix 38 Hi-E and RangeLand® 38 Hi-E free-choice supplement tubs for beef cattle because of the potential for softened product to contain excessive levels of urea. These products were sold in the Ft. Worth and Lubbock, TX and Oklahoma City, OK areas, through retail feed stores.
