I just saw the worst non use ever!

I am still in shock. I was just driving home from the store with my kids. We were driving on a winding back road that is posted at 45mph. We were about to drive pass an SUV when I noticed a little boy about 3yo or so in the front of the vehicle. He must have been standing on the front seat because his entire upper part of his body was laying on the dash and he was resting his forehead on the windshield!:eek: Are you freaking kidding me! Who in their right mind would think this was ok! Stupid people make me so mad!:mad:

and that is when i would call the police...i don't know about your state but in mine if the child is under 5 and their is a backseat it is against the law just to be in the front. Let alone not in a seat.
