No, I believe the top slots are fairly similar. If anything, a few months to a year sooner.

Unless you have a heavy child, in which case the extra 15 pounds may come into play.

Rear facing, they'll be outgrown about the same time. Forward facing, I think the RA55 has slightly lower top harness slots than the BV70, so it might be outgrown earlier, but either will get most kids to a safe booster age.
