Question Help with 3 rn in civic install

I want to keep my two youngest RF of course. My civic has terrible back seats. The back outter edge curves up making it impossible to push my seats closer. The seats to me are as tight as they go. Dh came to try to see if they could be any tighter. He said their fine but I can still get my fingers in between. I know ds2 is getting big but my new xt is up to 45 pounds so why not use it. Do you think a locking clip would work? I tried using uas but it almost looked like the seat was sitting on top of the latch. I used seat belts for all. Btw I did this at night and I'm still sweating! I think this is my new crazy work out! I know I'm in Canada but I'm sure 2005 civics and radians are no different in size. Thanks!

It's fine if you can get your fingers there. I've installed seats where there are inches between that area and the backseat. As long as you have less than 1" of movement at the belt path, and each seat is installed independently from the others, you're fine.
