Fisher-Price Recalls to Repair Little People Builders' Load 'n Go Wagons due to Laceration Hazard. Sold at: Mass merchandise retail stores nationwide from June 2009 through July 2011 for about $25.

Bravo Sports Recalls Disney-Branded Pogo Sticks Due to Fall and Laceration Hazards. Sold at: Burlington Coat Factory, Kmart, Kohls.com, Target and Toys R Us from February 2009 through June 2011 for about $20.

Explorer and Hammerhead Strollers Recalled by phil&teds USA Due to Risk of Injury from Brake Failure. Sold by: Sold online at philandteds.com, pishposhbaby.com, and albeebaby.com; and at Babies R Us and specialty juvenile retailers in the United States and Canada from August 2010 through June 2011 for between $475 and $500.

Child Safety Latches and Outlet Covers Recalled by Prime-Line; Screw Breaks Can Allow Unintended Access. Sold at: Drawer and cabinet latches were sold at Ace Hardware, Bostwic-Braun, Cal-Do-It Centers, Do-It-Best, Friedman Brothers, Menards, Orgill, The Andersons Inc. and True Value stores nationwide between October 2010 and June 2011 for between $2.50 and $2.70. Outlet covers were sold at Ace Hardware, Cimarron Lumber & Supply, Do-It-Best, Friedman Brothers, Handy Hardware, Menards and W.E. Aubuchon stores nationwide between October 2009 and June 2011 for about $3.50.

Honeywell Recalls Electric Baseboard and Fan Heater Thermostats Due to Burn Hazard. Sold at: Home improvement stores, HVAC and electrical stores, and contractors from January 2000 to December 2007 for between $80 and $300.

Kohler Co. Announces Recall of Kohler Purist®, Pinstripe™, Finial® Glass Shower Doors Due to Laceration Hazard. Sold: Sold through various plumbing distributors nationwide from May 2009 through November 2010 for between $1,700 and $3,000.

Agromod Produce, Inc. of McAllen, Texas is recalling all Blondie, Yaya, Mañanita, and Tastylicious Brand Papayas, because they have the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella. Fresh, Whole Papayas were distributed nationwide and to Canada through retail stores and wholesalers.

GHSW, LLC of Houston, Texas is recalling Garden Highway and Central Market brand fresh cut fruit products containing papaya because they have the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella. The products listed in this recall were distributed to retail establishments and distribution centers in Texas.

Bobby Salazar’s Mexican Foods, a Fowler, Calif., establishment, is recalling approximately 2,560 pounds of chopped beef products (“CARNE ASADA CHOPPED BEEF &
TEXTURED WHEAT PROTEIN IN RED HOT SAUCE”) produced without the benefit of federal inspection. The products were produced on April 19, 2011 and May 11, 2011, and shipped to a distributor and restaurants in California for further distribution.

Jetro Cash and Carry Enterprises LLC/R.D. Food Services LP, an importer from New York, is recalling approximately 2,900 pounds of diced bacon products (“Assoluti Cooked Diced Bacon”) that may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. The products were shipped to distribution centers in Fla., Ill., Ind., Mich., and Ohio for further distribution to food service institutions.

Pilgrim’s Pride Corporation, a Mount Pleasant, Texas, establishment, is expanding its recall of ready-to-eat chicken products by an additional 7,072 pounds ("Pilgrim’s Pride Fully Cooked Chicken Breast Breaded Nugget Shaped Patties with Rib meat"), the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced today. The products may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.The products were produced on June 2, 2011, and shipped to a retail chain in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Tennessee, Virginia and West Virginia.

Flying Food Group, LLC, a Lawrenceville, Ga., establishment, is expanding its recall of ready-to-eat chicken, turkey, beef and pork products (RaceTrac Salads and Wraps, F&L CAFE Salads, Starbucks Bistro Boxes) by an additional 6,901 pounds. The products may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. The products were distributed to retail outlets in Alabama, Florida and Georgia.

Flying Food Group’s Lawrenceville, GA facility is recalling all USDA and FDA regulated products (sandwiches, parfaits, wraps, plates, and salads) because they have the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. The expanded recall includes products made for Core-mark Atlanta Division, Race Trac, and Starbucks. Core-mark Atlanta Division products were distributed to retail outlets in Alabama, Georgia and Florida.

Tri State Beef, a Cincinnati, Ohio, establishment, is recalling approximately 228,596 pounds of beef products that may be contaminated with E. coli O157:H7. The products subject to recall were produced between July 19, 2011 and July 22, 2011, and sold to federally-inspected establishments for further processing and distribution in Chicago, Ill., Cincinnati and Columbus, Ohio, Iowa and Va.

Northwestern Meat, Inc., a Miami, Fla. firm, is recalling approximately 6,240 pounds of frozen boneless beef products ("C&D" brand bulk-packed cartons of boneless beef ) imported from Honduras that may contain the animal drug Ivermectin. The products subject to recall were produced on May 26, 2011 and shipped to further processors in Florida and Illinois.

SHSCO Manufacturing LLC, a Phoenix, Ariz., establishment, is recalling an undetermined amount of meat products because the products were produced without federal inspection. Brands include Stanley’s Home Made Sausage Company, Banat, Stanley’s Home Made Polish Sausage Company, Stanley’s Jerky Company. The meat products were shipped for distribution to retail and institutional users in Arizona and Nevada.

Intercharm Inc., is recalling Slimforte Slimming Capsules, Slimforte Slimming Coffee, and Botanical Slimming Soft Gel to the consumer/user level. FDA laboratory analyses found the products to contain Sibutramine an appetite suppressant. Sibutramine is a controlled substance that was withdrawn from the market in October 2010 for safety reasons. Products were distributed through the internet nationwide and internationally to Ireland.

Finemost Corporation dba Qualiherb, 13839 Bentley Place, Cerritos, CA 90703 announced today that it is conducting a voluntary nationwide recall of the company’s dietary supplements sold under the brand name Qualiherb. Qualiherb is conducting a voluntary recall after being notified by representatives of the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) that lab analysis by FDA of the Shi ShenTang, Shen Mi Tang, and Xu Ming Tang samples found the products contain the presence of ephedrine alkaloids.
