At what age did (or you think will) your child outgrow your:
True fit premier
Britax boulevard

Is your child small, average, large?
I'm trying to figure out if we need to return the seat we ordered that's already 2 yrs old. Thanks!

Piper outgrew the TF forward facing about seven years old. The old Boulevard she was six. The new one would have been between these two seats.

Old BV, Z was 6. TF Z still fits in at 7.5. I don't think she is super tiny nor is she huge. She seems average to me and when seeing her with kids her age there are some taller and some smaller.

My DD is 4 1/2 but as tall as most five year olds and some six year olds, she still has room to grow in the Marathon70 and the true fit. Forward facing though of course.

My nephew is 4.5 and has slightly under 1" left to the top slots of the TFP. So I would assume he's already outgrown the BLVD.

Sofi is almost 5yrs with an average size torso. She still fits on the True Fit and the Classic Boulevard. I don't think she'll make it to 6 in either seat.

Thanks! I'm trying to guess how long my little guy would last in these seats. I would love him to make it to booster age/size!

Well, it looks like I have the opposite kiddo. Mine is AT the 3rd slot in the TF at 2.5 RF (and only 30 lbs) and may not make it to booster age in that seat. Boo. But he's the long torso with stubby legs type of body. I don't have a BV, but I bet he would outgrow it by 3.5-4.

I only have 2 small kiddos in those seats now.

Old BLVD, 2007 one - DD1 (tall) outgrew around 4 FFing harness. Never RFd in it.

Old BLVD DD2 - short, unfortunately unsure of height, still fits at 5yrs4months FF. Didn't outgrow it RFing but turned her after 3.5. My estimate is that she has at least a years' worth of growth in it at this point. Will easily take her to booster age (she sits in a booster occasionally but not fulltime).

DD3 - Currently 18months, 30", 15th%tile for height and RFing in the True Fit Premier. Her head isn't even at the line where you have to put the headrest on (but it's on, because she weighs a tad over 23lbs). It will easily take her RFing until 4 I believe. And then to booster age. YAY for short kids

Ok! Thanks everyone for sharing! This decision is so hard. My son is 20 lbs around 30" @ 16 months. I'm guessing he will stay in/ below the low percentiles, but who knows. :). He still fits in his keyfit for now!

My youngest 3 are all over the place.

Patrick, 4yrs, is 38lbs and 41 1/2" and can still fit in the BV70. Well, 6mo ago he could. Haven't tried him since. He didn't have a lot of growing room, but he had some.

Ricky, 4yrs, is 30.6lbs and 39" and can still fit rf'ing in the BV70. ;) He would likely make it to 5 rf'ing and probably 8ish FF. Yeah, he's a shrimp. What height he has, is all leg.

Kaylee, 23mo, is 28.6lbs and 31.5" and rides rf'ing in the BV70. She will likely outgrow it rf'ing around 3-3.5. I expect she will fit FF until at least 6. She's short, but has a fairly long torso (for her over all size, not long in general).
