No. It looks similar, but no. The zeus shell is a bit taller. I don't know what else is different, but I know they are.

A baby might fit in it. I can't see it fitting into too many cars, though.

The zeus' bottom slot with the required infant pad is something like 7 or 8 inches. The average sized newborn will fit. It does take up a lot of space, but the turning is convenient. I put it into something or other 2-door, on the side because there was no center seat and it fit. It didn't turn real well due to the non-removable headrests. The seat will be outgrown rfing and ffing at about the same time since the shell is much higher than the top slot.

The Zeus is huge and the weight limits are crazy low 
but what the previous posters said is correct it is not the same size as the CCO- it is actually a little bit taller but I do believe it has the same weight limits.
