Question Shuttle 33

Anyone with a Shuttle 33 know if it will fit in the Twin Sport stroller? I'll only need 1 car seat in the stroller. I need a twin/double stroller that will fit in the trunk of my Neon. DH likes the sit and stand deluxe one with the back seat that you can take off, but don't think my SR32 will fit on that. According to BT's website only their seats, Evenflo, and Britax will fit it.

according to the info sheet on combi-intl.com it's designed to go with the shuttle-33.

so no problem there!

I would avoid the sit & Stand because it is REALLY heavy for what it is.

with Kobain's age, you're going to be much happier with a true double... and the combi is very light but very sturdy, has good large seats, and fits through any doorway.

Oh... bearing in mind that I don't know WHERE in ND you are... I did look at every ND craigslist and found this... if it's near you, you may want to take advantage (but I'd try to talk them down to 125 - http://grandforks.craigslist.org/bab/2485291435.html

For your kids age a true double is what you need. Sit and Stands are good for 3+ year gap.

We didn't really use ours much until Joel was 3 and a half, as he really didn't enjoy being in the back. He liked to be the driver so front seat.

Side by side, for a stroller not used other then on paved surfaces that combi's are really nice. I had one when I watched a friends son who was newborn through 9 m, Joel was 1y through 18m and I really enjoyed it. I loved the recline of the seat, mine had a pocket where you could make the seat into like a bassinet so babies couldn't fall out easily. LOVED that. Loved the fold.

I'm glad... I was worried you would be way too far away and it would just be a tease for you.

now I have to add that even though it wouldnt' take the infant seat, you might also want to check out - http://grandforks.craigslist.org/bab/2445372849.html

heck, for those prices, you could almost get both for the price one would retail for!

but whichever you get, if you also got an inexpensive instep double all-terrain with the swivel wheel, you'd be set... you'd have your smooth road stroller and off-road stroller - http://www.walmart.com/ip/InStep-Safari-Swivel-Wheel-Double-Jogging-Stroller-Blue-and-Gray/13264734

We have a Graco Quattro Duo that I love, but there is no way to even think of getting that thing in my trunk. A regular Quattro won't fit. My biggest thing is this winter. It gets so cold it's easier to use the infant carrier with shower cap cover. Last winter I bought a Graco frame for DS's carrier. It was heavy and a PITA but it kept him warm.

DH want the sit and stand that has the second seat in the back, but as he gets bigger you can take the seat off and have the typical sit and stand. But I'm still not sure what I want. It would be so much easier if we had a car with a larger trunk! I hope we can get a van soon.

It's still a drive for us, but to get something half the price we are willing to. Last month we drove 2 hours to pick up DS's Step2 swing set. It retails for $550 plus shipping and we got it for $150.

Since its trunk space that is the issue. Go with the combi. It folds very small and actually folds in half, and you can use the infant seat in it. So all around perfect for your needs for the winter.
