Additional Retail Sales Prompt CPSC and Meijer to Reannounce Touch Point Oscillating Ceramic Heater Recall; Fire Hazard Posed. Sold at: Meijer stores in Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan and Ohio from October 2009 through April 2011 for about $25. Discount retailers, dollar stores, flea markets and retail liquidators nationwide sold the heaters from November 2010 through April 2011 for various prices. The heaters were sold after the original recall was announced in November 2010.

Diving Unlimited International Recalls DUI Weight & Trim System Classic and DUI Weight & Trim System II Weight Systems Due to Drowning Hazard. Sold at: Diving equipment retailers nationwide and in Canada between July 2010 and April 2011 for about $124.

Sid Wainer & Son, Inc., a New Bedford, Mass. establishment, is recalling approximately 137 pounds of imported, ready-to-eat, smoked duck breast products that may be contaminated with Salmonella. The products subject to recall were produced on June 20, 2011, and were distributed for institutional use in Conn., Ill., Mass., N.Y., and Penn.

Palmex, Inc., a Champlain, N.Y. establishment, is recalling approximately 197 pounds of imported, ready-to-eat, smoked duck breast products that may be contaminated with Salmonella. The products subject to recall were produced on June 20, 2011, and were sent to distribution centers in Calif., and to the Dominican Republic.

Global Wellness, LLC. Hollywood, FL is expanding its voluntary nationwide recall of VIA XTREME ULTIMATE SEXUAL ENHANCER DIETARY SUPPLEMENT FOR MEN to the consumer level to include lot A032111. The product was distributed throughout the U.S. Puerto Rico, Barbados, and Canada to internet and retail consumers.
