I just went to the Carter's store on Tuesday to buy b-day gifts for our next door neighbor's twin boys who are turning 1 in a couple of weeks. I must stay away! Although I just might look into their undies so I can keep extra at my house for the newly potty trained ones. I bought some from Baby Half Off a couple of weeks ago and I must say the Carter's girls' panties are much better quality than than the Hanes or Handcraft brand I also bought. The fabric is much thicker and the seams around the legs and waist were finished with a nice satin binding. I haven't washed them yet so no idea on the shrinkage, but on the first look they are much nicer!
