True Fit Rebound Bar?

Hi- I found a super deal on a True Fit premier but I really think DD will hate the rebound bar being in her way...I was wondering since it folds under for FF, do you HAVE to use it RF? I tried to look at the manual online but didn't see it mentioned. Thanks!

Yes, the True Fit Premier is designed for use with the rebound bar. That is the main point of that specific model as far as I can tell. No, you can not install it rear facing without using the rebound bar. I have not heard of any children being displeased because of the presence of the rebound bar. I wish my regular True Fit had it!

I don't see how it would be in her way, it presses up against the cars seat back....mine would kick it and make noise with his feet on it, endless entertainment right there.

If you don't want the rebound bar, then one of the other true fit models would be a better fit for you.

I've had no problems with the kids not liking the rebound bar. And I do like it because it keeps their shoes off my seat back! If you really don't want the rebound bar, then I'd suggest one of the TF Recline seats.

If you really don't want it then you can usually find a tf recline for a little over $100 on ebay or one of the deal sites like dealomite.com

Im not sure how it would be in her way either. it lays flat against the seat back, it doesnt stick out in anyway. My kids like to kick it as well.
