Rear Facing tether question

I was putting away some stuff and found my car seat spare part bag. There was a D ring thing for rf tethering in there that's clearly expired from 1/05. It has a round hole. The one I have in my car is rectangular with a rectangle hole. That one has no tag of any kind. Is that likely the one that came with my Radian?

Okay, my Radian was 07/08, so likely the 05 one is from some Britax - all of my Britaxes are expired.

I also found some Britax harness covers. They're the granite from an expired MA.
