Carolina Pride Foods, Inc., a Greenwood, S.C. establishment is recalling approximately 18,416 pounds of boneless, fully cooked ham products ("CAROLINA PRIDE Diced Ham", "HARDEE's Smoked Diced Ham") that may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. Recalled ham products were sent to retail locations in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee to retail outlets or for institutional use.

Warabeya U.S.A., Inc., a Honolulu, Hawaii establishment, is recalling approximately 1,550 pounds of convenience meals (7-ELEVEN FRIED CHICKEN BENTO, 7-ELEVEN TERIYAKI CHICKEN BENTO, 7-ELEVEN BREAKFAST SCRAMBLE BOWL, 7-ELEVEN BIG BENTO, 7-ELEVEN LITTLE SMOKIES SNACK PACK) that may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. The products were produced on June 28, 2011 and distributed to retail stores in Hawaii.

Moyie Springs, Idaho-Evergreen Fresh Sprouts, LLC announced a voluntary recall of Alfalfa Sprouts and Spicy Sprouts because it has the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella. The recalled Alfalfa Sprouts and Spicy Sprouts were distributed in Washington and Idaho by direct delivery to four distributors and three retail stores. The recalled products are coded with Expiration Dates from 06 22 through 07 14.
