Another Server Move

I have been informed that Car-Seat.Org is undergoing another server move. This will probably happen within the next day or two. There may be some downtime associated with the move, but hopefully not as bad as the last time when there was no warning and some problems were encountered by our service provider.

Apologies for any inconvenience. I will try to update as I get more information.

Now I know why I've had on/off service today
Page changes are slower than molasses.

Not my computer or internet service since other sites are at normal fast upload speed.

If we go down for a while.... see y'all later :2thumbsup:

The server move is now complete, but it may take some time for the information to propagate around the internet so that everyone can see the forums on the new server.

If you can see this post, you are now viewing our forums on the new server. Others may see the old version which is currently turned off, or they may not be able to access the forums at all. So, things may be a bit slow until Wednesday morning when most people should be able to access the forums again. We apologize for the few posts and threads that were probably lost in the process.

Hopefully, the new server will be much better!

I'm glad of the move. The forums were running SOOOOOO slow as of late. Much more responsive now!

i was upset about not having the boards... Almost all day without my car seat fix

I've been having some weirdness where occasionally it will direct me to the disabled forums on the old server. Then a few hours later it will come back to the active version on the new server. Anyone else had this problem?

Sometimes it won't take me to the page I want to go to, it says it is unavailable so I click back and then go to new posts and try again.
