Hi
I'm in kingston Ontario and just went to my first car seat clinic. I met Kelly and her assistants. Very nice people! I found out I cannot fit 3 forward facing radians in my 2005 Honda civic. My 21 month old is RF.. Other 2 FF. But I went home and managed to RF my radian xt for my 3 year old. She didn't complain. Actually fell asleep without we head flopping down. My husband kept asking me why turn her back and I was nuts but from what I learned here and through Kelly I figured I have a seat that will RF till 45 pounds might as well try it. Is it okay to RF and FF in different cars??

My almost 3.5 yo is rfing in one vehicle and ffing in the other. She's never said one word about it.

Sent from my Eris using Car-Seat.Org. Ignore the Autocorrect...

One of my husbands friends on Facebook just posted "it still looks dangerous" to him. Sheesh. His 14-15 month is a little peanut and he is FF. Even after I mentioned how safe it was to RF.

Thanks for letting me know I can do both!

My friend at work just managed to convince her step daughters mom to get a new 5 point carseat because she had her 3 year old 31 pound in a backless booster.

Yea to that!
For a while we FFd with ds in dhs car. We had reached the rfing limits. Now we have bought one more seat, and he will soon be rfing in both cars. He has decided at 3.5 that he really prefers rfing... But he easily switched back and forth these past months.
