Booster installation

I have a 2010 Honda Odyssey and am trying to secure a booster seat in the 2nd row and need to use the seatbelt to secure my child. In that 2nd row, we have removed the plus one seat and pushed the two captain chairs together. We are trying to put the booster (cybex) into the captains seat which now is in the middle of the 2nd row. Is it safe to use the seatbelt designed for that seat way over in this new position? It also blocks access to the 3rd row which we don't like, but can't seem to find another way to do this...

It's what you have to do. The seatbelt holds the child in. It's fine to use it stretched out that way. If you're not comfortable, or it's interfering in daily life, move the seat back out to the side and free up the middle walkway.
