So can I tether my RFing Coccoro?

I missed the latest news...can I tether it now (bought last year)...I would love to take it on our trip tomorrow instead of our MA70 (we are going to Phoenix and her cowmoo cover makes her SO hot!) but I need it to tether because it flips up otherwise. (great at the belt path, but it bumps out of position SO easily)

It's my understanding that Combi has ok'd rf tethering using the old style Britax adapter on existing seats.
