Target Expands Recall of Circo Child Booster Seats (for use at the table) Following Additional Reports of Falls. Sold exclusively at: Target stores nationwide from January 2005 through June 2009 for about $13.

Emma's Garden Polka-Dot Girls' Dresses Recalled by TJX Due to Choking Hazard. Sold at: T.J. Maxx sold the pink and white design and Marshalls sold the black and white design in the United States from February 2011 through May 2011 for about $13. Winners stores sold both designs in Canada, from March 2011 through April 2011 for about $17.

Big Lots, of Columbus, Ohio, is voluntarily recalling about 30,000 metal futon bunk beds. Children behind the futon or in the ladder area of the bunk bed can get entrapped when the futon and its metal frame are lowered from the seated to the flat position. The recalled metal futon bunk beds were sold exclusively by Big Lots stores nationwide from January 2009 through April 2010 for about $200.

Harbinger Fitness Recalls Ab Straps exercise equipment Due to Fall Hazard. Sold: Online at Bodybuilding.com and Amazon.com, and at Second Wind Fitness, Play It Again Sports, Advantis Nutrition, and other general sporting goods and fitness specialty stores nationwide from August 2006 to April 2011 for about $20.

Calphalon Recalls to Repair Contemporary Cutlery Knife Block Sets Due to Laceration Hazard. Sold at: Macy's, Bed Bath and Beyond, Belk, Bloomingdales, Crate and Barrel, Dillard's, Kitchen Collection, Cutlery and More, Carlson Marketing, Maritz, Hinda, Calphalon Retail Outlets and stores nationwide; online by Amazon, Cooking.com; and in Chef's Catalog from from 2007 through May 2011 for between $200 and $300.

General Electric, Sharp Recalls GE Zoneline Air Conditioning and Heating Units Due to Fire Hazard. Sold by: General Electric authorized representatives and HVAC distributors nationwide from March 2010 through March 2011 for between $1,000 and $1,200.

Earth Fare, Fletcher, NC is recalling its frozen Earth Fare Spicy Bean Burger with UPC code 8-78602-00518 and lot codes #05311 and #06711 because of a potential Salmonella contamination. The product was distributed and sold only in the Earth Fare located in Akron, OH.

One 8-9 lb wheel of “Royal Blue Stilton” cheese contained in a master case with batch code B038 has been recalled by Atalanta Corporation, an Elizabeth, New Jersey based food distributor, because the product has the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. This product is routinely cut at retail from the bulk wheel and sold in random weight cuts.

New York State Agriculture Commissioner Darrel Aubertine today warned consumers not to consume certain Queso Fresco “Fresh Cheese” made by Quesos CentroAmericano Corp. at 35 Hansen Avenue, Freeport, New York (formerly located at 900 S. Second Street, Ronkonkoma, New York) due to possible Staphylococcus aureus contamination. The product was distributed to stores, delis and restaurants on Long Island.

TGF Production LLC is recalling Herring Fish in Salt Water discovered by a New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets Food Inspector during a routine inspection and subsequent analysis of the product by New York State Food Laboratory personnel confirming that the Herring Salted was not properly eviscerated prior to processing. This product may be contaminated with Clostridium Botulinum spores, which can cause Botulism. Herring Fish in Salt Water was sold nationwide.

Bedford Laboratories™, a division of Ben Venue Laboratories, Inc., initiated a nationwide voluntary recall of the following product: Indomethacin for Injection, USP, 1mg Single Dose Vial NDC #55390-299-01, Lot 1948138, Exp. Date September 2011. This voluntary recall was initiated because some of the vials of lot number 1948138 may contain particulate matter.
