Well no wonder its been hard for me to get in touch with them. I've been wondering about my order and its status. It doesn't show on their website and I haven't received a shipping confirmation. Guess I should assume they are just overloaded.

I know I saw on their FB page that any backorders were being cancelled... so if you ordered something that wasn't in stock you won't get it.

A friend of mine ordered two Blvds from elitecarseats for her twins and got them two days later (she's in Georgia)!

They must be getting rid of the older fabrics, because Amazon has Canyon, Onyx, Maui Blue, and Pink Sky all for $191 too if you want to order from someplace more dependable.

my order ended up completely falling through with them, makes me upset. Either the seat was out of stock for an entire week but showing instock in the order menu, or everyone else got their seat and I got cancelled on TWICE :mad:

oh well, they won't exist any longer so it's not like it matters... with coupon I managed to find it for the same price elsewhere.
