This is 2 month old car seat, barely used. Model # E900523. This is rear seating car seat for infants. Infants weight should be between 5 to 20 lbs & height should be 19 to 26 inches.

Price 20 USD. Original price is 120 USD.

ETA: Oops, obviously they meant "Britax INFANT car seat". I've still never heard of a Britax retailing for $120, and with that low of a weight?! And obviously the picture is wrong too.

It's the Handle With Care - this is the same model number. It's an old seat however if I remember correctly. Most would be expired anyways.
