Is the pink cover only going to be available on the 80? Or will it be available on the 65 too?

only the 80
but the 80 will work on the 65 so once it becomes available as a replacement you should be able to order it... or you could see if someone wants to swap.

Wow!! That is the girliest seat cover I've ever seen!! Very pink and flowery. I'd buy it though.

I called Russ about the princess seat the day before yesterday. He said that the princess seat wouldn't be out til the end of June. We are leaving for vacation on July 6th. It was too close to wait so we ordered the 80 in Super Cool. I can't wait for this cover to come available as a replacement. I sooo want it.

The cover itself isn't supposed to be available until August

I sooo need one to help convince my dd to stay in her Radian. She is less than thrilled with how tight it is on her neck...but she is too lightweight to be in a booster.

My son says the same thing, well the harness at the top of the shoulders he is always trying to push up (puts his feet on the back seats and pushes up on the seat) and says "its too tigghtt", its not though.... and then wants to put the chest clip down. The harness sits alot closer to the neck I think (you can kida tell in my sig photo of my son by his neck) than when he was in his eveflo trumph, he gets mark on the side of his shoulder/neck area from the rubbing since he wont wear the comfy things on the harness.

Man, I am so glad there are harness car seats now days my son would be awful in a booster.

here is a pic of my ds in the Radian without the strap covers...

He is only 30 lbs and this is where the straps naturally sit with the chest clip at the proper level.

He doesn't complain about it, but it drives my dd nuts. I have emailed back and forth with SKJP about the issue and they seem happy with their design and proud of the crash test results...and they could care less about whether the kids are comfy in it or not.

I just orderd the Radian 80 in Supercool on Wednesday. It has comfort pads on the straps. I wonder if that will help. I find this same thing with the Marathon seat. She doesn't complain but she has terrible red marks on her neck and she pulls the comfort pads off on both our Marathon and Boulevard seats. I was thinking of sewing them shut at the velcro side and then just sliding them onto the straps. Albee's is supposed to be shipping the seat today and I should have it on Tuesday or Wednesday. I can't wait to get it and my hubby is anxious to see it too. We've never seen one in person.

In the other pictures, the one showing the Radian RF is way over-reclined

. Anyone who has an "in" with Russ want to point that out?
