Boulevard's cover sets won't work on my seat?

We are looking to replace the cover for our Boulevard. I'm hoping to buy used, but I was looking at the cover sets on the Britax web site and they say their BV cover sets won't work on our seat because the DOM is before 6/8/08 (ours is 3/18/08). :shrug-shoulders: Has anyone successfully used one of these covers on a seat manufactured prior to the cutoff? The whole point of not getting an after-market cover is to make sure it's safe and tested with our seat.

OK, it just let me put a cover for a Boulevard CS in our cart. I didn't think we had the CS though; I thought we had the classic. :scratcheshead: It's up in my daughter's room so I guess I'll have to check tomorrow. Unless there is a way to confirm which seat we have based on the model number online.

You actually linked that one for me yesterday, I think. :) I just want to make sure I buy the right cover for our seat and that it fits right. That one in swap is a classic, so I need to make sure my seat is a classic also, right?

Yes. The wings changed. Ask the person that is selling it.

Called Britax; I can get the BV classic cover sets and just type in the June DOM as opposed to my seat's DOM.

Really wish they had Cowmooflage for our seat. :eek:

I have used pre-6/08 covers on a post-6/08 boulevard and vice versa. You can tell the head wings changed a bit, but you can still make the covers work without too much problem.
