Excite USA Recalls Toy Helicopters Due to Laceration Hazard. Sold at: Exclusively at Rite Aid Corporation stores nationwide from January 2011 through May 2011 for about $7.

EKSuccess Brands Recalls American Girl Crafts™ Pearly Beads & Ribbon Bracelets kits Due to Violation of Lead Paint Standard. Sold at: Michaels Stores and other retailers nationwide from September 2009 through June 2011 for about $8.

Husqvarna Recalls TuffTorq Yard Tractors Due to Loss of Braking Ability. Sold at: Husqvarna authorized dealers nationwide from May 2010 through December 2010 for between $2,300 and $2,800.

Quality Bicycle Products Recalls Civia Bicycle Racks Due to Fall Hazard. Sold at: Independent bicycle stores nationwide from December 2009 through February 2011 for about $175.

Venmar Ventilation Recalls Air Exchangers Due to Fire Hazard. Sold by: Heating, plumbing and building supply distributors nationwide from January 1996 through December 2001 for between $350 and $850.

MGA Entertainment of Van Nuys, CA is recalling 6,200 units of the Bratz Makeup Design Sketch Book. This product has the potential to be contaminated with Staphylococcus warneri and Staphylococcus intermedius. MGA is recalling products produced between November 5, 2010 and February 25, 2011. The Makeup Design Sketch book was distributed nationwide and sold through retail stores and e-commerce web sites.

Kashi is recalling approximately 11,000 cases of frozen pizzas, including Mediterranean Thin Crust Pizza, Roasted Vegetable Thin Crust Pizza, and Mushroom Trio and Spinach Thin Crust Pizza due to possible plastic fragments in an ingredient in the pizza crusts. The products were distributed nationwide through U.S. retail grocery stores.

Simply Thick, LLC is announcing a voluntary recall of its SimplyThick® thickening gel products manufactured at a food processing plant located in Stone Mountain, Georgia since June 1, 2009. The SimplyThick® thickening gel products manufactured at the Thermo Pac, LLC Stone Mountain plant are being recalled because the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) advised the company that Thermo Pac, LLC failed to file with the FDA a scheduled process designed to ensure that vegetative cells (harmful bacteria) of possible public health significance are destroyed during the manufacturing process.

Global Wellness, LLC. Hollywood, FL is conducting a voluntary nationwide recall of VIA XTREME ULTIMATE SEXUAL ENHANCER DIETARY SUPPLEMENT FOR MEN to the consumer level. The product was distributed throughout the U.S. Puerto Rico, and Canada to internet and retail consumers.

Bravo! is voluntarily recalling select boxes of Bravo! Pig Ears Chews because it has the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella. Bravo! Pig Ears were distributed to retailers on the East and West Coasts. They were shipped to distributors and retailers between January 1 and February 28, 2011, where they were available for purchase.
