Irish Hills Meat Company of Michigan, a Tipton, Mich., establishment is recalling approximately 900 pounds of ground beef products that may be contaminated with E. coli O157:H7. The ground beef was shipped to restaurants in Southern Michigan.

Aidapak Services, LLC is conducting a nationwide voluntary recall to Hospital Inpatient Pharmacies for the products listed on the company’s website. The firm voluntarily recalled these products after learning of the potential cross contamination of non-penicillin drug products repackaged in the same facility.

Churchill Medical Systems, A Vygon Company, is initiating a nationwide recall of certain lots of 5 hospital-use convenience kits. These products contain Skin-Prep Wipes that were affected by an April 2011 recall initiated by Smith & Nephew due to the potential for bacterial contamination. The convenience kits were shipped to distributors and hospitals between September 3, 2010 and March 11, 2011.

Primal Pet Foods has initiated a voluntary recall of their Feline Chicken & Salmon Formula with a "Best By" date code of 043112-17 because this product may be contaminated with Salmonella. The affected product was distributed through retail stores sales in the United States.
