    Re: Lookie!

Thanks I use Paint Shop Pro 8 (www.jasc.com) to do things like soften the focus, or change it to look like a watercolor protrait, or an old, old photo. They're all factory settings in the program too.

One tip: NEVER work on your original. Copy it as a new image and work from there. Then if you don't like the result, you can just delete it and start over.

Awesome work, good job. I love the "copyright" watermark -good idea

I have Adobe Photoshop and it's pretty good too. It's amazing what you can do nowadays, just think, if you could have done that twenty years ago (as easy as it is today), you could make a ton of money doing it. Now you just need a studio, photo printer, props, etc. (it never ends...)

    Re: Lookie!

Thanks Those are the ones I've uploaded to my Flickr account, so they are watermarked. When I use them as my sigs I don't bother since people who see my sigs actually know hey - that's Joyjoy! lol

And I totally agree - it's amazing what a decent piece of software can do.

You say a dozen pictures...that would be like a picture for every month...with a nice little quote...grandma's and grandpa's would love that kind of thing for a gift!
