Vent I hate the strap covers on the MA70!

I really hate the covers on my MA70! They are so bulky and hard to get just right. But the straps dig into DS neck. I've read socks are ok to use. What about fleece? I was going to make some from some scrap fleece I have.

I hate them too, my DD takes them off all the time. Now that it's summer and she is wearing more tank tops, strappy dresses, I was thinking about putting those onesie crotch extender things on the straps as covers. They are super thin and have little snaps, so she won't rip them off. They are way thinner than the MA covers. Those MA covers are hot too. The onesie things are cotton.

I hate that type too. I have no idea why they went back to that kind. Same as the RN XTSL I just got. I took extras from my FR80 and put them on it. They are LESS bulky than the originals and not an after market product so it should be fine. Britax sells sets of the 'good' strap covers with a belly pad that you could always buy. I think it's $19 a set.

This is what I came up with. Super easy since fleece doesn't need to be sewn.

They're the same size at the ones that came with it but a lot thinner. I love the fr85 covers but I can't put.out $19 on them at the moment.

Cute! Are they hot though in the summer. My DD gets so sweaty in her Moo seat.
