Worst aftermarket products

So, we all know that technically no aftermarket products should be used with car seats (unless specifically allowed in the manual, for example pool noodles). But if you had to make a list of the WORST aftermarket products, what would they be?

Those six inch long, two.inch thick strap covers. Because they put the straps way out past the shoulders, and the chest clip on the belly.

And the snuzzler.

Sent from my HTC Evo using Car-Seat.Org... please excuse typos and autocorrect!!

Mighty Tight was the first to come to mind. I used one before I knew better and it tore up the seat belt retractor in dh's car rendering the seat beat useless.

the mighty tite

most seatbelt positioners (which people then use WITH cheap backless boosters to get the shoulderbelt off their little one's neck because they're really to small to be in a booster at all)

snuzzlers/body supports

bundlemes (and similar products) without the back altered (I don't get why they don't just make them with the back altered... make everyone happier)

those hard toy bars made to hang on infant seat handles.

all of the above, and those big U shaped head support things.

TWICE babies have come into our fitting station blue because it had slipped behind their head. Very scary.

Oh, how those snuzzlers make me shudder. I've never seen a mighty tight, why on earth to they still make them?

I would have to say the Mighty tite also... I have never used this, but looking at it, it just looks dangerous!

Go to the BRU they have plenty! I was at our TRU 2 weeks ago and glad to see they were gone... Then I went back Monday they were back by the car seat accessories.

I HATE those plastic things that are supposed to help buckle the seatbelt in for smaller kids.

Another one who had Mighty Tite come to mind first!
Others that quickly came to mind were the Snuggin-Go, the ginormous harness covers/pads and Bundle Me-they have some that are like puffy sleeping bags now!
