Do you make different seat choices based on the "safety" of your two different vehicles? Using my cars as an example: DH drives a small older car (corolla) w/ no side airbags and I drive a large newer crossover (Freestyle) with side airbags. Both have decent crash test ratings, but I am sure that if you put the two of them in the same crash against a small suv, for example, the corolla would likely not perform as well as the Freestyle. I am wondering, would you plan on having the TALLEST seat that will last the absolute longest both harnessed & as a HBB in the smaller car (Frontier85?) to insure side impact protection as long as possible (even if that means your child would still be using it at..say..12-14 years old)? And perhaps not worry so much about the hbb lasting literally "as long as possible" in the larger vehicle?
