This is the second time I've done this and I couldn't believe it. Lol.
I had to adjust the strap height while they were in my Dad's truck once and there was just no way I was going to reinstall the seat AGAIN. So I did it without uninstalling it.
Then on a mini road trip (2 hours) I noticed that Sadi was officially above the bottom slots and I freaked out. We were stopped at a gas station and I was afraid I didn't have time to reinstall, make sure it was independtly installed from the other one, ect. We were in the van and that was MUCH more difficult to rethread the straps while it was installed... but I did it. Have a huge bruise on the inside of my forearm from it though.
It CAN be done however.
I should have taken advantage of doing this when I had RF seats. Lol.
