Question Seatbelt install for True Fit Premier C670 in Chrysler Pacifica

After weeks of research (thanks to CarSeat.Org for all the fabulous information, BTW!), I recently bought our first convertible car seat - a True Fit Premier C670. I plan to install it in the 2nd row captain's chair of our 2005 Pacifica. It will be RF for now, and I plan to use the LATCH system, but while looking through the instruction manual, I came across a warning that says you should not install this car seat using a lap/shoulder belt that is ELR only. Now I'm concerned that I won't be able to use this car seat once my daughter outgrows the weight limit for LATCH. I've checked the belts, and they do not switch between ELR and ALR, but I do think the belt has a lightweight locking latchplate.

Does anyone know if I can safely use this seat in my car FF with belt install, and if so, how? The car seat has built-in lockoffs; is that good enough? So far I've found the instruction manual kind of confusing and full of typos, but here's the quote: "Unacceptable Autobelt Retractor Type: ELR - Emergency Locking Retractor: Allows the belt to be freely extended or rewound. It locks only when the vehicle slows, changes direction, or stops suddenly." On another page, however, it says that lap-shoulder belts with locking latch plates are OK to use.

Do other car seats have this same warning? I didn't even know that there were different types of belts that might or might not work with car seats.

Your seatbelts lock, so it's not a concern, plus you'd use the lockoffs (and the LATCH limit is 48 pounds, so you can use it quite a bit forward facing as well). The lockoff is all you need.

Really? I missed that in the manual. I used it in the old tempo that doesn't have locking belts. Why the difference? The elr belt would act the same as a not locked alr.
