Did anyone USED to have a BJ City series?

I have a Baby jogger city series that I bought on CL, and it has some frame weirdness going on. The frame has a full lifetime warranty, but I can't do anything without proof of purchase. Does anyone happen to have that laying around? I know it's a LOOOONG shot, but might as well ask..

I would call back. I had one and the first time I called about fraying seats they wanted proof of purchase but I called back a couple weeks later and they did not ask for it. Depends on the problem I think... I got mine from my sister and they only asked me where I got it from and I told them where she purchased it from!! You could also ask your seller if they might be able to get you the info where they got it from??
