That's exact how I felt! Like so many knowledgeable CPSTs are getting it wrong!

That's insulting to the people who have reported problems. Obviously their idea of customer service is much different than mine.

I'm so happy their test seat works for them in their test car. That's really great.

I would like them to show exactly how many lbs of pressure she is exerting, because it sort of looks like she's making it look harder than it is.

I also wonder what would happen if she compressed the seat more so that the webbing was at a 90 degree angle to the lock, how tight it would stay then.

Yup. If you post a concern they can't address, and you ask over and over, (I'm not talking about rudeness or harassment), they'll block you.

Yes ma'am they do. I can see their wall, and still "like" them but cannot post, or comment.

I posted the video Stelvis made to their wall, in addition to questions since I am a CPST and know I am installing the seat correctly, they deleted several posts and blocked me.

I can't believe they block people! Honestly, I expected them to behave more like Britax (based solely on the price of their seats) and less like KidsEmbrace... I am very disappointed and embarrassed that I still own one of their products. (only out of necessity)

Alright I posted my 2 cents to that video response... um yeah, if I climbed in my seat it would change the angle of where the latch adjuster strap hits as well... lame.

Can we?? Can someone or multiple people report them? Personally I havn't reported my XTSL because I don't have LATCH and havn't been able to test it so I can report it. Their behavior is unacceptable though. Maybe I'll borrow my neighbors car and install it in there and take a video and test it and if the LATCH doesn't stay I'll do the video with my certification card or certificate in there as well.....
