my husband is working with a young man(23 years old) .he is having a 2 year old daughter.They are from Ukraine , last year they received a green card and came to the US.His wife is a very nice girl that is working at nights and he is working 12 hours a day.They had to borrow $10 000 so they could come here and give their daughter a better life.They just bought a small car so she could drive to work.The little girl is using a very old seat with a broken chest clip,without the top teethe and with broken harness
the seat is in a very bad shapethey currently don't have any money for a new car seat.They are renting a little room and they need to pay their debt in Ukraine.They are not receiving any help(WIC,food stamps etc. because they don't live here long enough).I want to help them with the car seat,but I can't afford to buy them a new one.I don't want to get one from the CL or a garage sale.are there any donation programs to which they can apply for a car seat???is there any place where they can borrow or get a seat ?
