He is adorable, happy 4th birthday to him.
I know what you mean about being bummed. I was sad when my ds turned 4 and wanted to be ff. It makes them look so grown up.

Im a little bummed too. My oldest turned 4 last month and this last week has been weighin in at 35lbs so no more TFP for us. We have a CA65 she can ride in but it hurts her neck so she has been riding in her FN85.

I'm coming up on this this year as well and have been feeling a bit bummed in advance. DS2 is only RF in my vehicle now, but that's where I see him every day. I will be sad to be done with that stage, and with DS1 moving on to boosters in all but 1 vehicle, I feel even more sad to see time fly by...

He sure does look totally thrilled to be sitting FF in his XT, though! :D Happy 4th Birthday!

Awww! He is such a handsome little fellow! Happy Birthday!

This will more than likely be coming up for us this year as well as you can see from my siggy. I feel sad already and really hope he can make it at least another 6 months RF, but we shall see.:(

Happy 4th Birthday to your boy.

DD had to ride FFing in the Nautilus this afternoon since she spill a whole bottle of water in her RFing RA50. She looked so grown up and loved the seat. She will be 3 tomorrow.

Sooo, it appears that you have been through all of the better rf-ing seats. Which did you liek best and why? Just wondering as we are looking for a new seat and I don't think I can sell DH on a new one every year, so we had better get it right the first time!

Yes, I think I have been through almost all the convertibles  It really depends on your vehicle and your child. So far my favorite is the Radian because it installs quick/easy in my Kia Sedona and my ds fits great. I'm very comfortable using it and know that I will have him harnessed correctly 100% of the time. BUT for dh's truck I had the MyRide & Evenflo 65 rf because they both have harnesses that are easy to tighten (dh doesn't have the patience for the ratchet style harness on the Radian).
I also really like the new generation Britax seats. I have a blvd70 & RA55 for my daycare kiddos and they are SO easy to install/use.
If you have a chance to go to a BRU to try out some of the seats that is what I would recommend. What is the make/model/year of your vehicle?
