TF Padding

Putting this here for an add on question.

Can the TF padding be used FF? The only thing I see about it in the manual is it must be used until an infant reaches the bottom slots.

Now the SN part. If it can't, would you make the choice to use it anyways if it made the fit any better? Kiddo in question is low tone throughout torso/neck. Can bring head up sometimes when semi-reclined. Does not sit unassisted.

My manual says not to use it FF (pg 40, under seat insert use)

I wouldnt be comfortable using it FF against the manufacturer's directions. But I'm not a tech and have no experience with SN so that's just my opinion as a mom. ;)
