I know there are 2 different styles of headwings. Can I order the newer style for my XT? The current ones are just so high above Sofi's head (because she's just moved up a slot)

When the foam cracked in the wings of my XT SKJP sent me a new headwing piece and it ended up being the newer style. Just be prepared you have to remove them and replace them with a socket wrench (I think, I'm not tool savvy  ).

The bottom of the headwings should be at shoulder level, over the harness.
wait. I'm supposed to push them down over the harness? I thought some people had theirs falling, and that was ok. But we're supposed to push it down?

Thanks. Shouldn't be a problem, I'm sure DH has one.

The manual says that the headwings should be positioned so that the bottom of the wing is just above the child's shoulder. You can't do that FFing (most of the time) unless the wing is over the harness.
