I called Graco yesterday because the crotch buckle of my MR has been near impossible to unbuckle these last 3 weeks. I've taken it out several times and ran warm water through it. The last time DD3 rode in it, I had to undo the harness from the yoke to get her out!!! The left tongue would not release.
And here's the kicker, no replacement harnesses since they just changed them. So my question-
Have any of you been offered a refund instead of a replacement?
(I wasn't even offered a replacement)
They are sending a shipping label and I have to ship the entire seat, including cover, back to them and they are cutting me a check. And no idea on how much they are actually going to refund me.
