On the carseatdata site a person inputted that it would not fit in a Toyota Scion TC stating that it hit the ceiling...

My friend has one in her Toyota Matrix, aka Pontiac Vibe. Luvbug has had one in a Toyota Corolla as well :)

Someone on car seats and more on delphi (dunno if they post here) fit 2 regents in a Scion XA (http://www.scion.com/#carsMain) I actually saved the pics cause I was impressed. There was NO room for a center passenger AT ALL.

Ill see if I can find them.

Scion cars are VERY VERY small.

That must be one short car, lol.

The input that I read for the Scion TC said it had not been checked by a CPS Tech, so I am not completely sure that it wouldn't fit.

If I can sit in the back of her Scion height wise, then I don't see why a Regent wouldn't fit.

I have heard people say there is no way a Marathon would fit rf'ing in a Scion, but they do.

Now that our local BRU is carrying the Regent I may just have my sister go up there and try to put it in just to be sure.

Yep, the old style Echo/Prius. Ford Aspire 4-door, BMW 323i...I'd think the Spectra would be a breeze.... :)

Maybe they didn't realize you might have to tip the Regent sideways a bit to fit it through a smaller car's door opening? ;)

Regents fit beautifully in a Scion xA, its the RF BLVD thats a bit of a challenge!!! Front seat has to be moved up to about 4 inches from the dash, passenger has to ride on the roof (kidding):) But watch out for the "bra snapping coat hangers!!!!!

I am so glad to hear this. A friend of a friend has a just turned three year old that is 39.5lbs. He is now in a EB AOE. He has not outgrown it heightwise(very close to it), but he is probably 40lbs with clothes. Mom does not want him in a booster, so she tells Dad(her ex) that T needs a new seat and he just says ok, whatever he needs. She was going to get a Marathon, but she found the Regent and they are getting one at BRU on Saturday!! I am so excited for her and the T. Her baby is 14.5lbs at 2.5mths:eek: and luckily he has a SS1. He will move to the AOE when he outgrows the SS.

So, two more kiddos safe!!

I just installed both our husky/regent in the back of my 03 corolla. I took some pics but I cant upload them onto this computer. The fit similar to the ones pictured above but I think there is ever so slightly more room. No room for any person at all in between them as the distance was about 9" from side to side.
Usually whereever an adult can fit, the regent can as well... cause it really is the size of an adult lol!
