What would you do in this situation?

I was just told that L 10 is going to have a friend come home with her from school tommorow and I have A 6 1/2 in a booster on the back drivers side, L in a booster passenger side, and a lap belt only in the middle and L's friend 5'0...So obviously I don't want to put anyone in the middle...so who would you put in the front seat?

I have a regent but no top tether there nor would there be room for the other two to sit

Hmmm, tough one. If L or their friend is starting puberty already I'd probably put that child in the front (strongest skeleton, and adult sized). If not, I'd probably take the back off of the booster and put the 6.5 year old in a backless in front. Best fit, artificial hips, and no back so they're far back. Make sure the seat is as far away from the dash as possible, whoever you put there.

I'm not sure I'd have to ask their mom? Also i'm pretty sure L is started puberty but she is in a booster as well. This is so difficult I really wish their mom had communicated with me on this because I don't like making hard decisions for other peoples kids

I'd ask what the mom wants you to do... if they were all MY kids, I'd put the 5' tall one in the front because she's likely VERY into puberty.

Damian is 11 and even though it's early, his voice has already changed and he's sprouted chest hair... because size can do that to your body... he's 5'6.5.

What would you do in this situation?
