Convertible for XC90?

I need something that can rear face either on the passenger's side or middle, and something that can forward face and won't have a problem with the non-removable contoured headrests. Suggestions?

A friend of mine had her toddler rear facing in a Britax Boulevard (old style), and later a Radian XTSL with no issues. Her son is now rear facing in the XTSL and her daughter is FFing (4) in the Boulevard.

Once the Baby Bargains Board is back up I will send her a message and tell her to come over here and check your post (I am not sure if she posts here or not).
